GUARANTEE POLICY
This warranty document sets out the warranty periods for Laes branded LED products as follows:

The lamp warranty is expressed in years, or operating hours, whichever comes first.
The guarantee of LAES products is established according to the switching period criteria expressed in the section "Duration of the LED"
and in compliance with the conditions indicated in the "guarantee conditions".
CERTIFICATE OF GUARANTEE
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
The warranty period begins on the date of invoice.
The product must be applied and installed in accordance with the specifications and installation standards of Lámparas Especiales S.L.
The specific warranty period for each LAES product is indicated in Table-I, with a maximum operating time of 4,000 hours/year.
The ambient temperature must never exceed the operating temperature range (-10oC to +40oC).
Lámparas Especiales S. L. will not be held responsible for any damage caused by incorrect installation, improper use, tampering with the product, short circuits or any other circumstance unrelated to the operation of the product.L shall not be liable for damage caused by improper installation, improper use, handling of the product, short circuits or any other circumstance unrelated to the operation of the product.
Lamps must operate in an open luminaire with 10mm of space around the lamp.
The electrical installation must not be subject to fluctuations of +/- 10% of the nominal value.
The warranty does not cover failures caused by weather conditions, storms, etc.
This warranty does not cover labor costs for disassembly and assembly of the products.
