WARRANTY POLICY
This warranty document specifies the warranty periods for LAES brand LED products, as follows:

The lamp warranty is expressed in years or operating hours, whichever comes first.
The warranty for LAES products is established according to the switching cycle criteria expressed in the "LED Lifetime" section
and by fulfilling the conditions specified in the "warranty conditions".
WARRANTY CERTIFICATE
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
The warranty period begins on the invoice date.
The product must be applied and installed in accordance with the specifications and installation standards of Lámparas Especiales S.L.
The specific warranty period for each LAES product is indicated in Table-I, with a maximum operating time of 4,000 hours/year.
The ambient temperature must never exceed the operating temperature range (-10oC to +40oC).
Lámparas Especiales S.L will not be held responsible for damages caused by incorrect installation, improper use, product manipulation, short circuits, or any other circumstance unrelated to the product's operation.
Lamps must operate in an open luminaire with 10mm of space around the lamp.
The electrical installation must not be subjected to fluctuations of +/- 10% of the nominal value.
The warranty does not cover failures caused by weather conditions, storms, etc.
This warranty does not cover labor costs for the disassembly and assembly of products.
